- Managing contracts: term, renewal and termination In the contract overview, you can view the prices, billing cycle, next invoice and notice period for each contract - and, if necessary, cancel directly online.
- Change payment frequency: pay annually instead of monthly In the customer area, you can change the payment frequency for a contract yourself - for example, from monthly to annually. Longer payment intervals are more cost-effective: depending on the product, you’ll receive a discount on the monthly price.
- Track orders Each order shows its status - from ‘Ordered’ through ‘Paid’ to ‘Active’ - as well as the resulting contract and invoice.
