As a hosting provider, we process personal data on your behalf. You can exercise all your rights under the GDPR directly via the customer portal - under ‘Data Protection & GDPR’.
Sign an AV contract
- Click on ‘Request an AV contract’.
- Check the pre-filled details about your company.
- Sign the contract digitally. It will then be available to you as a PDF at any time.
Request a data export
By selecting “Request data export”, you will receive a complete copy of the data we hold in a machine-readable format. For security reasons, the export does not include passwords, 2FA keys, API tokens or private SSL keys.
Request account deletion
Your account can be deleted once all products and contracts have been terminated. The customer portal will show you which services still need to be cancelled for this to happen.
Record-keeping obligations
For tax reasons, we are required to retain invoices for the statutory period even after an account has been closed. All other data will be deleted.
Do I need an AV contract?
Yes, if you process personal data via our services - such as customer data in an online shop or emails. This applies to almost all businesses.
How long is a data export available for?
The export will be available for download for a limited period. You can see the expiry date in your list of data exports.
