Where can I find my invoices?

You can find a list of all your invoices in the Customer Centre immediately after logging in.

To view these, go to ‘Billing -> My Invoices’ after logging in. Here you can see all your invoices and their payment status.

Not only can you view your invoices, but you can also pay outstanding invoices directly via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, etc.
You’ll find a clear overview of all current payment options on our website under the heading “Payment and Provision of Digital Content ”.

In addition to the information in the Customer Centre, you will also receive an email after your invoice has been issued, containing a direct link to your invoice.

Customers using SEPA direct debit do not need to worry about making the payment; the amount will be debited from your account automatically on the relevant due date.
